2. How Many Times Per Week Should I Practice?
A person will experience the benefits of yoga if they do it one hour per week. If a person can do more than that then it will benefit more.
3. I am not flexible – Can I do Yoga?
Yes, anyone can do yoga as they are the perfect candidate for it. Moreover, Yoga helps a person become more flexible. Just calm yourself and start practicing it.
4. What should I wear while practicing yoga?
Wear light and stretchable clothes in which you can move easily but covers appropriately to accommodate the many forward bends that can be revealing.
5. Should I eat before practicing yoga?
One should not eat before doing yoga as you will twist and turn and the food if not digested can make you feel uncomfortable. Your last meal should be fully digested if you are going to practice yoga
6. How do I keep myself hydrated during yoga practice?
Hydration is very important. We recommend that you stay hydrated every day, and on the days you would like to attend a yoga class, ensure you are hydrated well before you arrive. During the session you can sip water when ever you need to.
